Sponsored placements are labelled as such on publication. KyotoVibe maintains editorial independence on all content, including sponsored pieces. Clients cannot demand specific wording, scores, or conclusions.

5. Refund and cancellation policy

• Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of confirmed order placement — full refund.
• No refunds once review production has started.
• No subscriptions or recurring billing of any kind.
• Disputes should be raised at [email protected] within 14 days of the disputed transaction.
